Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This is the privacy policy for carrymap.app, operated by Tee 2 Green Golf Labs LLC. We've kept it short and plain.

The Gap Checker

  • The Gap Checker runs entirely in your browser. The distances you type are not sent to our servers or anyone else's, unless you choose "Email me my chart" (see below).
  • We don't store your numbers. There's no account and we don't use cookies or local storage for the tool.
  • Your chart lives in the page address (the part after ?b=) so you can bookmark or share it. Anyone you send that link to can see the numbers in it. Downloading a PNG or printing happens on your device.

Email (chart emails, app updates and the newsletter)

  • If you choose to give us your email, it's collected by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email provider, under Kit's privacy policy. We use it to send the chart emails you ask for, CarryMap app updates (including Early Access news), and our occasional newsletter.
  • We receive your email address and which form you used. If you use "Email me my chart", we also receive the share link to your chart. That link contains the clubs and carry distances you entered, so anyone who has it can see them.
  • Kit sends you a confirmation email first. You're only on the list once you click the link in it.
  • To block spam signups, Kit may ask you to complete a quick security check (Google reCAPTCHA) before it adds you.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and you can ask us to delete your details. We don't sell your data.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It's designed not to use cookies or track you across sites. We don't use advertising trackers.

Hosting

The site is a static website served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Affiliate links

If you click a retailer link, that retailer's own privacy policy applies on their site. See our affiliate disclosure.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
