About CarryMap

CarryMap is a golf app being built by Tee 2 Green Golf Labs LLC, founded by Chris Sheppard. It's built around one idea: you don't have one perfect number for each club. You have a playable carry window.

Why windows?

Most yardage books, apps and fitting reports reduce each club to a single number. That's useful, but it hides the part that actually decides your club selection: how much your carry moves around on good-but-normal swings. When you look at windows instead of points, two things jump out:

  • Holes: yardages where your shorter club can't quite get there and your longer club usually flies past.
  • Overlaps: two clubs covering the same distances, which means a slot in your bag could be doing something more useful.

What's here today

The free Gap Checker runs entirely in your browser. Enter carries or carry windows for up to 13 clubs and it sorts your bag, flags gaps and overlaps, and calls out your biggest weak spots in plain language. No account, and your results are never gated.

Alongside it we publish practical guides on gapping, wedge distances and carry vs total distance, written to be useful on the range, not to sell you a club.

What's next

The CarryMap app is in development and isn't available in app stores yet. If you'd like to try it early, join Early Access.
